Jeffrey G. Morris

EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

Jeffrey G. Morris serves as our Executive Chairman. Mr. Morris has over 37 years of experience in the oil & gas industry and has led numerous companies for Bridas Energy since 1990. Prior to that, Mr. Morris was the Vice President of PCE Limited, a general contracting company performing US military construction contracts on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Mr. Morris began his career in the oil & gas industry as an sales & applications engineer with National Supply Company from 1977 to 1987. Mr. Morris holds a B.S. in Engineering Sales from Texas A&M University.

Matthew Crawford

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Matthew Crawford serves as our Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Crawford has over 13 years experience in Rotating Equipment and Turbomachinery, operations, sales and engineering. Mr. Crawford served as Vice President of Sales for Baker Hughes a GE company. Prior to that, Mr. Crawford served in numerous positions within General Electric including Energy Services, Industrial Solutions and GE Motors. Mr. Crawford holds a Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a MBA from Spring Arbor University.

Brett Vann

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Brett Vann serves as Vice President of our Turbine Technology. Mr. Vann joined Evolution in June of 2014 developing and engineering a custom mobile turbine package for our electric frac fleets. Mr. Vann has over 16 years of experience in the power and oil & gas industries. Prior to joining Evolution, Mr. Vann performed roles in field services, sales and project management designing and building power plants around the world ranging in size from 50 megawatt simple cycle plants to 80 megawatt combined cycle plants. From 2000 until 2007, Mr. Vann worked for GE in project engineering developing GE’s LMS100 gas turbines. Mr. Vann holds a B.S. Degree in Marine Engineering from Texas A&M University at Galveston.

Don Murchison

Director of Business Development

Don Murchison is the Director of Business Development for Dynamis and is an experienced professional with over 13 years of impactful contributions within the energy sector. Mr. Murchison served as a Global Account Leader at Baker Hughes, where he led key activities, including global tenders, customer engagements, and strategic partnerships. His strategic mindset and relationship-building ability enabled him to drive sales, negotiate contracts, and enhance the customer experience for a diverse global customer. With a career marked by successful tenures as a Strategic Account Director and Drilling Systems Account Manager, Mr. Murchison consistently showcased his ability to manage major accounts, devise growth strategies, and foster strong client relationships.


Colleen Turley

Customer Services & Aftermarket Manager

Colleen Turley is an accomplished professional with over a decade of expertise in the oil and gas and power generation industries. Ms. Turley currently serves as the Customer Services & Aftermarket Manager for the Dynamis Business Development Team, where she leads the creation of the aftermarket program for turbine and reciprocating hypermobile power solutions. Ms. Turley’s contributions include successfully negotiating long-term service agreements, optimizing aftermarket parts and service operations, and serving as a strategic account manager for key clientele. She plays a pivotal role in fostering the growth of field service personnel and refining inventory processes to ensure seamless field product maintenance. Ms. Turley embarked on her career journey at Solar Turbines, where she made significant strides as a process lead in balance of plant modular solutions. During her tenure, she skillfully managed engineering initiatives for diverse projects, with a primary focus on midstream modular compression buildings and comprehensive balance of plant EPC endeavors. Colleen's professional evolution continued as she seamlessly transitioned into a business development and sales capacity. In this role, she concentrated on driving sales within the turbomachinery, power generation, and balance of plant equipment realms. Her responsibilities extended to optimizing electrification product offerings and actively participating in sustainability panels to champion innovative initiatives.
